Founding Partner
H. Wayne Clark, Jr., founder of HWC Legal, P.A., is a trial attorney with fifteen-years of experience practicing in both state and federal courts and focusing on all aspects of construction law, trucking law, personal injury, real estate and condominium disputes. He is an "AV" Preeminent® rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, a Florida Super Lawyer honoree with Super Lawyers, Florida Legal Elite honoree, South Florida Legal Guide "Top Up & Comer" and America’s Most Honored Professionals “Top 1% by American Registry."
Prior to founding HWC Legal, P.A., Mr. Clark was a Partner at a preeminent national law firm where he directed the Construction Division and handled construction litigation throughout the state of Florida, representing developers, general contractors, sub-contractors and design professionals for both residential and commercial properties. He also represented high-end and economy hotels on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and national real estate developers. Additionally, he handled all aspects of personal injury claims, from soft-tissue matters to wrongful death claims.
In an effort to better serve his clients, Mr. Clark founded HWC Legal, P.A., in 2019 to offer high-level sophistication with personalized service to deliver result-oriented representation and provide his clients with the personal attention they deserve.
Mr. Clark, a veteran of the U.S. Army, gained extensive experience in the construction arena while serving in the military where he worked as an Airborne Engineer and Construction Engineer. He also served two years as a Staff Attorney for The Honorable Robert Rosenberg and The Honorable Victor Tobin in the 17th Judicial Circuit.
